Payment Terms
- Net 30 with approved credit (Purchase Orders placed with Net 30 terms must be pre-approved). Non municipal customers must provide or complete a credit application for approval (this process might delay release of an order). Please contact us for details.
- Net 30 orders for credit approved customers can be entered using the online shopping cart on the website (just select the Use Purchase Order option), emailed to: mail@lazenby.net, mailed to 1219 Cleburne Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33919 or faxed to….(well, we used to use fax a lot but when the dust on the machine got too heavy we abandoned it to save energy). We prefer email but certainly respond to other methods as well!
- Credit Card – subject to approval by credit card processing company and by Lazenby & Associates, Inc.
- Credit card transactions will be subject to terms and conditions of the credit card issuer and the credit card processing company.
- Wire Transfer – Applies to specific transactions only. Contact Lazenby & Associates, Inc. for details and banking instructions.

Return for Warranty Service
- Warranty service is only provided by the specific equipment/product manufacturer. Lazenby & Associates, Inc. works with the manufacturer and the end user to resolve any warranty issues in the most appropriate and expeditious manner possible. Please note that warranty or any other returns must be accompanied by a manufacturer supplied Return Materials Authorization issued prior to the return. See specific manufacturers’ warranty statement for more details on warranty returns.
Returns / RMA
- Any and all returns must be pre-approved by the appropriate manufacturer and must be accompanied by the manufacturers RMA number.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid.
- Return to either the manufacturer or if authorized in advance to Lazenby & Associates, Inc.
- Note: Returns for repair are subject to the manufacturers guidelines and may include an evaluation fee.
Return for credit
- Any approved return for credit is subject to a “re-stocking fee” and will be accepted only if the return is approved by the manufacturer in advance.
- Must be in good condition and have all packing and accessories.
- Credit for a return will be issued less the original shipping and any applicable “re-stocking fee”.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the returning party.
Return for Service – Not Warranty
- Product returned for service must be accompanied by a Service RMA supplied by the manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturers’ terms and conditions.
