ByPass Kit for the CLX Chlorine Analyzer
PURPOSE: Simplify Grab Sample Collection for the CLX
Modify CLX by-pass line – allow it to be used as the grab sample line for the CLX.
When separated from the main drain, water collected from the by-pass line will not affect the sample flow to the CLX or be contaminated by reagent. Using this modified sample port will help ensure calibration is a simple and accurate process and will eliminate the potential for opening a sample valve, potentially affecting the flow to the CLX, which cause an error in reading on the CLX and may affect calibration.
KIT INCLUDES: Instructions for ByPass Kit
- Instructions on installation.
- 1 ea Fitting for inside the CLX enclosure. (Note: There has been a substitution to this part it is now nickel plated in place of plastic)
- 1 ea Fitting for outside the CLX enclosure.
- 1 ea Plug fitting for main drain connection line (may be shipped on a short length of tube) .
- 1 ea Length of tubing for the bypass – used to replace existing bypass line if existing is not long enough.
